Since then, I have upgraded. :) Cameras, not parents. I shoot a wide variety - from film (still) to digital to medium format (I love the mamiya for landscapes). My first love in photography is cityscapes and landscapes. I recently completed a series of projects for National Geographic on the effects of the BP oil spill on bayous and waterways in south Louisiana, particularly Tigre Lagoon and Weeks Bay. I did a series on disappearing rural life for Discovery - those shots were mainly of murals in small towns. Some of the murals, unfortunately, have already been destroyed through neglect.
