How to improve your photo
1.
the top of the building in the background looks like it might be cut off. the frame could be higher
2.
Slightly wider and higher with a little more sky will be better balanced
3.
your lens optimum sharpness will be around 2 stops from the max or min aperture. stopping down to f32 will loose you some quality and isnt really required in this shot
