How to improve your photo
1.
Watch the enhancments. It looks a little too sharpened and contrasty.
2.
When entering any kind of competition, the title should reflect what you are showing. Your description relates to the disarray of the Urban Landscape so a better title might be along the lines of Urban Blue.
3.
Your eye is good, the compositional elements are good, just do not depend on the computer to correct things that really do not need it.
