Very pretty girl. And I love the lighting on her face. It does have an old Europe kind of feel

I think a darker or less light on the background would draw more attention to the face more and resemble a period portrait. I also think the composition could be a little tighter. I would crop from the top bottom and left side. Give more focus to the face.

The color is muted which I like because it gives a European feel. Lighting is simple which reminds me of some European paintings.

Overall, I think you've got the feel you were going for. Good job.
How to improve your photo
1.
I think you have the feel you were going for, but I would have chosen a different darker background and darkened beneath her collar on her coat. Like the collar if I didn't know it was attached to a coat.

Also, if you know of a stylist who would like to exchange photos for services, I think that always helps to make a more fashionable photograph. If that was what you were going for.
