nothing really stands out in this image, as an outsider, what is this image telling (or revealing to) me about this person
2.
learn to use your camera in manual mode and by using a longer focal length and a combo of higher shutter speed lower f stop you will better isolate your subject from the background
3.
as far as composition study the rule of thirds
