I believe the smile and the position do show she is satisfied with the wedding, Personally, I feel that the position is a bit masculine for a bride, and it is not quite as flattering as it could be.
Composition & Perspective:

Overall, good composition - though, I feel that it may have been more appealing to show more of the overall church, than the rafters, perhaps tried as a landscape instead of portrait. A possibility is showing her at the back of the church with the entire church behind her, just more centered.

The focus is on the correct subject and appears to be sharp.

Work with various Fstops and ISO's to try to get better overall lighting, instead of a slower shutter speed.

Overall the color is good. The lighting might have been better if you had used only available light, or less fill, and stepped up the ISO to make the whites pop more. The overall lighting is kind of flat, though, I do really like the edge lighting you are getting from the window.
Depth of field:

I would have liked to see the background more out of focus, to emphasize your subject.
General impression:

It's a nice shot - It needs work with the lighting and composition to make it a fantastic shot.
How to improve your photo
1.
Pay more attention to the edges of your frame - Do you really want to include the ceiling in the shot? Does that angle tell your story fully? In this instance, as I said above, I'd probably have moved over to camera left to get more of the church in the shot. I also would have changed my angle. I would crop in on the bride - at least to the peak of the window. There is a lot of extraneous space that can be cropped - as the rows of pews and the windows tell you that it's a church, her dress tells you she's a bride.

Try changing her position inside the church - find to your best lighting and use that. It would take very little to show that you are in a wedding chapel or church, since she is your subject, allowing the background to fall off wouldn't be detrimental to your photo.

The pose is very masculine. I would have used her standing with her hands clasped in front of her, her face smiling and happy. I'd have had her standing in front of the pulpit, or for lighting, at the window, from the shoulders up, and angled back (landscape) to show the church.
